Disability Awareness Training for Employers
RAEN offers a Lunch & Learn, free 1-2 hour training, focusing on helpful tips and techniques for working positively and productively with people with disabilities.
Lunch & Learn topics covered include:
- How to talk with and about workers with Disabilities
- Common misconceptions and the real facts about workers with disabilities
- Hiring qualified people with disabilities
- Community Resources and Tax Credits
This training is appropriate for all employees. It will provide managerial staff as well as front line staff with skills that will help them excel in providing outstanding service for both customers and co-workers with disabilities.
We will bring this FREE workforce training right to your work site. Arrangements can also be made for off-site training at one of our RAEN member’s locations. We will also provide box lunches or snacks for up to 50 people.
